Why I built Slow Lane Cycling
Slow Lane cycling started because I realised one of the biggest things keeping people from cycling more was not knowing where to start. I wanted a resource for normal people to find all the things they needed to get into cycle commuting. This site brings together experience, honest advice and everyday tips for your cycling journey.

No Jargon
If you go to the average Sunday club ride, you’ll soon be overwhelmed with jargon like FTP, watts and if you think you are going to get dropped. You won’t find any of that here.
